Our Board of Directors met Friday to discuss upcoming projects for the organization to tackle. The board voted to get a group of folks together to try to promote recycling of aluminum cans (and other recyclables, like plastic bottles) as boaters come to the boat launches. Right now, trash is deposited in dumpsters, which KRB feels is wasting resources. Laura Beiser with KRB is heading up the committee.
