Keep the Rez Beautiful’s first major beautification effort will make its first big stride Saturday when the organization invites the public to help design a greenspace on Scenic Drive. KRB received a $2,000 grant from Keep America Beautiful for beautification. Because KRB believes in the importance of public participation, the organization has organized a public input session for this Saturday. The park will be located on Scenic Drive between the Turtle Creek and Forest Point subdivisions. You may have seen the flyers around town. We invite Rez-area residents to give us their feedback on what we should do at this site. Please join us! The event is from 9 a.m. to noon at the Reservoir Community Center, and we will have refreshments to keep the ideas flowing.
